Lead Financial Analyst | Global Firm | LondonAn opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Lead Financial Analyst to join a renowned global law firm based in London. This pivotal role will oversee financial planning and analysis, driving the firm’s budgeting and forecasting efforts and influencing key financial decisions.Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead a comprehensive budget planning process, collaborating closely with department heads to craft revenue forecasts and optimise profitability.
- Manage dynamic, long-term financial forecasts to support ongoing business strategies.
- Partner with internal finance teams to coordinate central budget planning, ensuring deadlines are met and targets achieved.
- Design and manage cashflow models to support liquidity planning and maintain financial stability.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and introduce automation for increased efficiency.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across departments, and contribute to future financial growth initiatives.
- Assess and lead the implementation of external financial software tools to enhance forecasting capabilities.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis within a professional services environment, law firm experience preferred.
- ACA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Expertise in advanced Excel, with demonstrated experience in building financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
- Familiarity with the Elite 3e system is a bonus.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- A highly competitive salary up to £85,000 per annum.
