M&A / FP&A Analyst / Financial Modelling - Hybrid

Our client, a leading insurer, are recruiting for a Finance Analyst focusing on Finance Modelling and Forecasting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all stages of business plan modelling, structuring, valuation, implementation, and vesting.
  • Lead on building tracking, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Contribute to investment cases, execution, post-deal integration and tracking, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Support in governance and pipeline management.
  • Conduct financial analysis and valuation, develop models, and prepare documentation and presentations.
  • Support in evaluation of key factors like accounting implications

Skills:

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills in financial modelling, with a solid grasp of accounting, financial statements, and forecasts/ projections.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Organised, capable of managing multiple tasks and project management.
  • Good communication skills and able to build relationships across the organisation.
  • Fluent in professional-level English.
  • Additional European languages are a plus.
  • ACA or CFA qualifications are desirable but not essential.
