Reed have teamed up with a prestigious automobile company who are looking for a Treasury Analyst to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in the R&D, production, and sales of passenger cars, leveraging the technological prowess of a leading Chinese automobile company. As a Treasury Analyst, you will support the Treasury Manager in managing the company’s payments, treasury-related transactions, and bank accounts, and assist with sales financing queries and requests.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Create payments using E-banking and maintain the Cash Disbursements Journal.
  • Manage daily collection reports and cash management.
  • Monitor daily cash balances and prepare the daily cash position file.
  • Manage daily Floorplan limit checking to support sales queries and requests effectively.
  • Handle bank account operations, including account opening/closing, KYC requirements, and cash pool arrangements.
  • Initiate treasury-related transactions such as fund transfers and FX deals.
  • Contribute to Treasury reporting and deliverables.
  • Participate in ad-hoc finance projects and analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in corporate treasury or banking, ideally with exposure to treasury front office, cash management, or financial operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with treasury management systems or online banking platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and progress within the treasury function.
  • Ability to work in a diversified environment and occasionally communicate with HQ colleagues in China. Mandarin speaking skills are a plus.
