Model Risk Analyst - Payments FinTech - ContractWe are looking for a Model Risk Analyst to join our Model Risk Management team and play a vital role in strengthening our credit model risk governance framework.Role: Model Risk AnalystDuration: End of year [Scope for extension]Location: LondonOnsite: 2-3 days per weekDaily Rate: £540 Inside IR35Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the evaluation of credit models, contributing to the model risk governance framework.
  • Work on AI-focused initiatives and large language model testing
  • Understanding of all the financial and prudential risk assessments, including stress testing, reserving, ICAAP, and ILAAP.
  • Collaborate closely with model developers, engineers, and business leaders, building a strong profile for future senior roles.

Key Qualifications:

  • Advanced coding skills for data processing e.g., SQL, Python libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow
  • A Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering.
