Description
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for:

Reconciliation of cash and securities positions, resolving any breaks identified.

Supporting the full trade lifecycle, including settlement and matching issues.

Assisting with the maintenance and integrity of the fund's investment book of records.

Addressing queries from custodians, administrators, and internal teams such as trading, sales, and compliance.

Involvement in calculating and processing rebates, commissions, and distribution fees.

Contributing to improvements in workflow and control processes.
Profile
The ideal Operations Analyst candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in investment operations within an asset management environment, with strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle and financial instruments such as equities, ETFs, FX, and bonds.
