P2P Finance Change Analyst - (Finance Transformation)

  • £475 - 500 per day OUTSIDE IR35
  • 3 days a week in the office
  • 18 month contract

Investigo are pleased to be supporting a large, global organisation with their search for a P2P Finance Change Analyst.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Change Management Team to design, develop and implement the Change Management strategy. You will be supporting the client through change impacts, training and communications to the wider business.

To be considered for this position you must have successfully completed a contract within a Finance Transformation Programme and have a proven understanding of Procure to Pay processes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the Change Analyst, Change Management Workstream Lead and wider Internal Comms team to create and deliver communications
  • Develop, maintain, and manage effective working relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Embed change management methodology within the programme team and plan required to deliver the project outputs
  • Create clear and accurate briefing papers and other reports for key stakeholders
  • The successful management of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Assessment of stakeholder groups to support effective change plans
  • Support change management activities which increase adoption and embedding of change
  • Work with Change Management workstream lead and finance stakeholders to define and deliver engagement, learning and business readiness plans to prepare colleagues for change to land
  • Work with Change Management workstream lead and workstream leads to build comprehensive and measureable training materials and opportunities
  • Deliver training where appropriate to embed the Global Standard Processes
