A leading Investment Management firm is seeking a PMO Analyst to join their team in London for an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of strategic initiatives and high-impact multi-year projects. Flexible working options available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project managers in delivering high-impact projects.
- Track project progress and report on key metrics.
- Assist in developing project plans and schedules.
- Manage risks by identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
Skillset and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or in a similar role within a leading investment management firm.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices, particularly in financial services.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in project management software tools commonly used in investment management.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with stakeholders at all levels in a fast-paced environment.
