The Role:
As an Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the investment and asset management teams. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating potential investment opportunities, analysing market trends, and contributing to the strategic management of the portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis to assess investment opportunities.
- Prepare detailed investment memos, presentations, and market research reports.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of existing assets, identifying areas for optimisation.
- Assist in due diligence processes, including reviewing leases, contracts, and financial statements.
- Track market trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including acquisitions, asset management, and finance.
Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate investment, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; experience with Argus is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A passion for real estate and a proactive approach to learning and professional growth.
