Our client is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join their dynamic team in London. This role offers an attractive salary of £50-60,000 and the opportunity to work within a world-renowned organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of the regulatory environment.

What you'll do:

As a Regulatory Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the regulatory reporting requirements for our client. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling various types of reporting such as EMIR Transaction, Position, Valuation and Collateral Reporting, SFTR Reporting, and MiFID Reporting. You will also be tasked with maintaining static data and analysing submitted data to improve the pairing and matching rate with Members. Your ability to follow procedures, identify problems and follow up on resolution will be key to your success in this role.

* Manage EMIR Transaction, Position, Valuation and Collateral Reporting* Handle SFTR Reporting* Oversee MiFID Reporting* Submit other regulation reports as required (Bank of England reporting)* Ensure production of timely and accurate MIS* Maintain static data* Analyse submitted data to improve pairing and matching rate with Members* Support team projects like the EMIR or MIFID Refit from an Operations standpoint* Respond to client queries & resolve any issues

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Regulatory Reporting Analyst position brings a wealth of experience in financial reporting or controls environment. With at least 2 years' experience under your belt, you have developed an understanding of the regulatory reporting environment. Your knowledge of MiFID, EMIR and SFTR gives you an edge. You are known for your analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in using PCs and online systems like MS Excel and MS Access. Your ability to manage tasks from start to finish on a timely basis makes you an asset.

* 1-3 years' experience working in a Trade & Transaction Reporting team* Experience in the regulatory reporting environment* Knowledge of MiFID, EMIR and SFTR would be a strong advantage* Analytical and problem-solving skill set* High attention to detail* Good skills in working with PCs and on-line systems, especially MS Excel (VBA, Python, SQL or other further data skillset all a "plus")* Ability to manage a task from start to finish and on a timely basis
