Residential Development & Investments AnalystMarylebone, W1 up to £45,000 per year (depending on experience) About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Development & Investments Analyst to join our Client's dynamic team in Prime Central London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our residential development projects across London and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough due diligence on potential residential development and investment opportunities.
Analyse financial data, including cost estimations, profit forecasts, and investment returns.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and investors.

Qualifications:
