Resilience Risk Manager - Data and Change:An exciting opportunity for a Resilience Risk Specialist to become a part of the second line of defence risk team specialising in Data and Change for a leading and well established commercial bank. 

The Resilience Risk Specialist - Data and Change will play a crucial role in implementing and overseeing the Bank's Resilience Risk Framework, providing critical oversight and support in manageing risks across the bank. 

Key Responsibilities of the Resilience Risk Specialist - Data and Change:

  • Assess and challenge the effectiveness of data protection systems and controls
  • Maintain robust records of framework, responsibilities, and risk assessments
  • Provide oversight and challenge with a focus on data risks
  • Support risk and control process assessments, incident management, and regulatory reporting
  • Promote risk awareness and effective risk management culture

Required knowledge and experience for the Resilience Risk Specialist - Data and Change role:

  • Strong track record in risk and control within Financial Services
  • Expert knowledge of Data Risk, including data protection, governance, and architecture
  • Understanding of data protection frameworks such as UK GDPR and Data Protection Act
  • Experience in IT solutions, privacy, and change delivery
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
