An international, leading consumer goods business based in West London are currently seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join their fast-growing finance team. This is a business partnering role, working closely with teams across the business to provide decision support and key analysis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide KPI reporting, FX movements and Finance Dashboards.
  • Lead coordination of customer P&Ls and communicate with sales regularly
  • Partner with Accounting and FP&A, providing in year financial reports on specific business areas
  • Developing a small team of two and working closely with senior leadership to prepare short-term and long term planning
  • Regularly collaborate with teams external to finance, including retail and account managers to ensure balance sheets and accruals are accurately maintained
  • Budget and latest estimates, assisting head of CF and FP&A function with the budget processes
  • Take lead on relevant business projects and analysis, and always looking at ways of automating and improving processes

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with previous experience in FMCG being desirable. They must be CIMA qualified, however will be willing to consider those in the latter stages of qualification. Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting systems are needed with prove experience of implementing process improvement and automation. The candidate must possess strong leadership, communicative, and strategic skills, with the ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels and drive innovation and change.
