SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST (6month FTC with desire to extend)£75,000LONDON

This exciting role offers the opportunity to interact closely with stakeholders at an exciting and unique FinTech. They're looking for someone to initially work on a financial data project with the opportunity to then expand out into a broader financial reporting role.

THE COMPANY

This FinTech are a very lean and data-driven business and have recently seen significant growth. This role has excellent opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders both in and outside of the business to enhance performance and profit.

THE ROLE

This role will initially focus on a data reconciliation project, but will involve wider work on:

  • Analysing financial statements and business performance to spot gaps and discrepancies
  • Working closely with the wider Finance and Treasury teams to analyse data and work on business reporting
  • Monitoring reporting and reconciliation processes to identify issues and suggest improvements to enhance business performance
  • Wider opportunity to mould the role into your skillset, across financial audit, FP+A and financial control

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Essential to have had strong experience using Excel
  • SQL experience is highly desirable
  • Prior experience in a financial or treasury setting and exposure to financial statements and sheets
  • Driven and ambitious mindset, with a desire to influence change and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced business
  • Strong academic background, with degree in an analytical object
