The ideal candidate will be a skilled analyst with strong FP&A experience, advanced data analysis skills, and expertise in tools such as Power BI. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving commercial insights, improving decision-making, and supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of annual financial plans and quarterly forecasts.
  • Perform detailed P&L analysis to identify key drivers and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Develop and deliver advanced financial models and reporting dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
  • Provide commercial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Support month-end processes, including variance analysis and performance reporting.
  • Partner closely with operational teams to enhance business performance across sites.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and systems.

Key Requirements:

  • ACCA/CIMA qualified with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in a commercial finance role.
  • Demonstrable experience in data analysis, financial planning, and reporting.
  • Advanced Power BI and Excel skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, multi-site or hospitality environment is not essential but desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
