Senior FP&A Analyst - Insurance

We’re recruiting on behalf of a market leading, global insurance group. The business has fostered a powerful, differentiated brand that delivers value to customers and drives business growth.

What you’ll be doing:

The Senior FP&A Analyst will partner with leaders of the Group’s Corporate Functions most notably Technology.

The role is high profile requiring a trusted business partner to drive clarity, collaboration and accountability around the Corporate Functions cost base in addition to the wider Group’s strategic objectives.

Are you excited by the prospect of supporting senior leaders and driving changes during a pivotal period of transition for the finance team?

What we need you to bring to the business:

  • Qualified finance professional (ideally ACA)
  • Previous business partnering experience ideally with IT/Technology and the confidence to deal with senior leaders
  • Proficient in financial modelling and data analysis, comfortable extracting and analysing complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-finance stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel capability
  • ‘Hands on’ attitude
  • A great communicator with amazing attention to detail
  • Intellectually curious - excited by growth and personal development
