Are you a finance professional with a passion for financial planning, forecasting, and business insights? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organisation as an FP&A Analyst, playing a key role in financial decision-making, reporting, and strategic planning.

The Role

As an FP&A Analyst, you will provide key financial insights and analysis to support decision-making across the business. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, finance teams, and other departments, ensuring accurate financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of FP&A in embedding and managing quarterly forecasting processes.
• Prepare and maintain budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to gather, consolidate, and analyse financial data.
• Perform variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Create meaningful financial reports and dashboards, using data visualisation to communicate insights.
• Act as a business partner, providing financial guidance to non-financial stakeholders.
• Support with the onboarding of acquisitions into FP&A processes.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions.

About You

You'll be a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional with a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. You'll have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

Key Skills & Experience:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems (Sage X3 is a plus).
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Bright Analytics, Power BI) is beneficial.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and business partnering skills.
