About the Role

You will manage sourcing, due diligence, transaction management and closing of real estate acquisitions, as well as monitoring the existing portfolio and producing analysis to support strategic decisions. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to high impact projects and take full ownership of high-value transactions in a fast-paced, global investment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities through financial analysis and due diligence.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to assess investment returns and risk scenarios.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Assist in deal structuring and financing analysis.
  • Collaborate across departments, including finance, delivery, design, and legal, to ensure seamless investment execution.

Skills:

  • 3+ years in commercial real estate, development management, or asset management.
  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to synthesise complex data into clear insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with data centers, logistics assets, and development parcels is a plus.
