Our client, a leading player in the insurance sector, is looking for a skilled Insurance Reporting Specialist to join their dynamic and collaborative team. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth quarterly closes, annual reporting, and taking part in project work during off-peak times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform BAU tasks during quarterly close and annual reporting cycles.
  • Collaborate on ad-hoc projects during quieter reporting periods.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, specifically in the context of SII (Solvency II) reporting.
  • Engage in daily interactions with the team, managers, and key stakeholders across multiple locations via MS Teams, email, and calls.
  • Support ongoing systems and regulatory changes, including managing increased regulatory scrutiny.

Essential Skills:

  1. Expertise in SII reporting and financial accounting within insurance.
  2. Strong project management experience with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  3. Effective stakeholder management and a highly organized, self-sufficient approach.
