Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity! Our top law firm client is seeking Accounting Analyst to join them on an ongoing temporary basis - starting ASAP!
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the BD function and would be set on a rolling week-to-week basis.
Duties will include:
- Chrome River expense and invoice approval
- Monitoring and tracking purchase order allocations in Chrome River
- Vendor uploads
- Invoice entry and posting outside of Chrome River
- Provide cover for payments on Coutts and BACS
- Partner draw and distribution payments
- Monitor cashflow and convert funds when required
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- And more!
Skills required:
- Minimum of two years' legal accounts experience
- Knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules preferred
- Experience with Aderant and Chrome River preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft programs
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Details and Benefits:
- Hybrid policy of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
- Salary of up to £45,000 per annum
