An opportunity has arisen for a meticulous and results-driven Trading Analyst in the Energy & Natural Resources industry. The successful candidate will be based in Canary Wharf and will play a crucial role in providing analytical support to the Crude Trade desk.

Description
- Conduct detailed financial and market analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models.
- Accurate and timely updates to the trading capture system throughout the life of each deal
- Daily analysis and reporting of earnings, exposure and mark to market to advise and explain business performance
- Working closely with team members in trading, finance, risk control and operations to manage and understand commodity earnings and exposure
- High use of analysis to support traders with live information
Profile
A successful Trading Analyst should have:
- An interest in Commodities
- 2:1 degree or higher from Russel Group University
- 12 months + Analysis experience within the Financial Industry
- Excellent Excel skills
