Treasury Analyst, London, £39,465 + Benefits

On behalf of a large Housing Development company in London, we are recruiting a Treasury Analyst to work on their large property portfolio. Reporting to Property Treasury Manager, the Treasury Analyst will be responsible for managing the secured debt portfolio and supporting the release-of-charge process relating to the properties being sold.

Main Duties:

  • Lead, manage and complete the valuation process ensuring these are completed to deadlines.
  • Manage a range of systems including Asset Core and housing management systems to reconcile data internally and with the Land Registry office
  • Work internally with stakeholders to facilitate the disposal process
  • Produce analysis and reports and collaborate with the wider treasury team as required

Person Specification:

  • Ideally experience with the management of property valuations within the social housing sector
  • Strong experience with MS Office, Excel (formulas, pivots, v-lookups) and Asset Core would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with commercial awareness of a non - profit organisation
  • Prior experience of working for a housing association would be beneficial!
