Account Handler / Broker Back-Up - Contingency
London / Hybrid - 2 days in the office a week min requirement
A dynamic, leading and well-established International Lloyd's Broker, who have a solid reputation within the London Market Insurance. With offices across the world and in the UK, you will be based within their London office, in the heart of the City and will be based within their thriving Contingency Team , focused on the placement of Non-Appearance Risks within the Music, Artists and Events Sector.
The Role
As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for providing full back-up support to Brokers to assist with the placement on North American and UK Contingency risks. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of service to clients, as well as creating MRC Slips and Endorsements for the placement of risks. You will prepare accurate and timely presentations, renewal reports, as well as issuing renewal invitations expediently to assist in achieving a high renewal retention level.
About You
You will have 2 years + experience in working for a Lloyd's Broker within an Account Handling or Technical position and be competent in creating MRC Slips and Endorsements. You will have excellent communication and attention to detail skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Our client is open on your business class experience.
