• As a Commercial Property Finance Broker, you will asses clients’ requirements, providing advice and support to secure the best financial solutions tailored to their needs. You will handle a variety of commercial cases, including bridging, commercial, and development finance, therefore having some experience in these areas is ideas. Training will be available.Requirements

• Provide property finance advice and guidance to clients
• Able to research and prospect to build own professional introducer and client base
• Assist the Directors with cases enabling them to drive the larger-ticket opportunities
• Assist clients in securing the most suitable finance products
• Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility
• Analyse and compare finance products from various lenders
• Stay updated with new finance products and regulatory changes
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders involvedBenefits

• You will have full access to our funders, systems and FCA permissions to secure the funding your clients need.
• We also provide PI insurance, ongoing compliance support and administrative support.

Commercial Mortgage Broker Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of Bridging finance, Development Finance and Commercial Mortgages.Comprehensive understanding of finance products.
• Ability to work as part of a virtual team but also independently
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Quick rapport-building capabilities and the ability to create lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude
