Due to continued expansion, they seek a dynamic Commercial Finance Broker to join the team and drive business development.

Role Overview:As a Commercial Finance Broker, you will be responsible for sourcing and structuring finance solutions for businesses across various sectors. You will build strong relationships with clients, lenders, and stakeholders to provide bespoke funding solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients in need of commercial finance broker services.
  • Assess clients’ financial requirements and structure tailored funding options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and alternative finance providers.
  • Negotiate competitive terms and present financing solutions to clients.
  • Manage the application process, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, regulations, and lending products.
  • Work towards revenue and performance targets, maximizing deal closures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Finance Broker or in business lending and financial brokering.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, including asset finance, invoice finance, commercial mortgages, and working capital solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to generate and convert leads.
  • A strong network of clients and lenders is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider team.
  • A minimum of two years of commercial b2b sales commercial finance experience
