Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with potential clients, arranging initial consultations with Senior Brokers.
  • Strive to meet and exceed key performance metrics set for entry-level associates.
  • Collaborate with Senior Brokers to implement effective strategies targeting specific markets and demographics.
  • Conduct market research to identify new leads and understand industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
  • Utilise the company’s CRM system to meticulously record all client interactions and activities.
  • Participate in ongoing training programmes designed to enhance your understanding of financial products and improve your sales skills.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate in any discipline; no previous experience required.
  • A keen interest in financial markets and a desire to learn more about wealth management.
  • A proactive approach and eagerness to achieve and exceed set targets.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with potential clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to ethical standards.

Performance Expectations:

  • Make a minimum of 100 calls daily.
  • Ensure a daily call duration of no less than 1 hour.
  • Secure at least 10 client meetings per week, with a minimum of 2 per day.
  • Maintain a meeting attendance rate of 50% or higher.

Compensation Structure:

  • This role is offered on a consultancy basis through a service company.
  • An incentive of 10% commission on the net revenue generated by the Senior Broker you are paired with.
