About the Role:

As a Mortgage Broker, you’ll provide tailored mortgage solutions for HNW clients while building long-term relationships based on trust and exceptional service. You’ll manage your existing client base and benefit from additional high-quality leads provided by the firm, all within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver bespoke mortgage advice to HNW clients for prime London properties.
  • Nurture and grow your client relationships while working collaboratively with the team.
  • Handle a mix of self-generated and company-provided leads.
  • Work closely with the back-office team for seamless administrative support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an independent Mortgage Broker.
  • Proven expertise in working with HNW clients and complex cases.
  • A small but established client following to nurture.
  • Professional, personable, and relationship-driven, with a strong work ethic.
  • A stable career history reflecting commitment and reliability.
