The Role
As a Junior FX Broker Graduate, your responsibilities will include:
- Client Acquisition - Proactively opening new client accounts via telephone and face-to-face interactions.
- Account Management - Supporting trading clients with expert insights, meeting their needs, and delivering best-practice strategies.
- Market Knowledge - Understanding macroeconomics, currency strategies, cross-market products, and FX business operations in-depth.
- Client Meetings - Organizing and attending client meetings (onsite, offsite, or via video) to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Data Management - Maintaining accurate client records, trading details, and key communications.
- Collaboration - Working closely with internal teams to enhance trading processes and support company-wide strategies.
- Cold calling / Telesales - This role is about picking up the phone and developing key client relationships for at least 3 hours per day
