The Role - Mandarin-Speaking Mortgage Broker
As a Mortgage Broker, you will focus on Residential, Buy to Let, and Semi-Commercial Mortgages, helping clients secure the best mortgage solutions while delivering outstanding service.
Your ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin will allow you to build strong relationships with a diverse client base, guiding them through the mortgage process with confidence. Whether you're handling Buy to Let, specialist lending, or semi-commercial cases, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment.
This role is fully remote, with occasional office visits in Halifax for Northern-based candidates. If you’re in London, you’ll have the chance to attend client meetings and industry events, expanding your network and business development opportunities.
Mortgage Broker Package?
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic
- OTE: £90,000
- Remote-based (London or North preferred)

Mortgage Broker Required Skills & Experience
- Fluent in Mandarin (Essential)
- Experience in Residential and Buy to Let Mortgage Advice (Semi-Commercial experience desirable
- Passion for property investment and financing
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed
- Excellent client relationship and customer service skills
