Mortgage Administrator - Residential Mortgage broker,

Up to £32,000 + Bonuses + Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days from home)

Our client is a highly successful property finance brokerage based in London. Continued growth has led to the need for three Case Managers to join the 1st Charge Residential case management team.

As a 1st Charge Residential Case Manager, you will be responsible for processing Residential mortgage applications in line with company policy.

Duties for the role of Residential Case Manager:

  • Pipeline management to support end to end processing targets
  • Document checking
  • Undertake and assess personal and company credit searches and related data
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external customers
  • Meet key performance indicators and service levels by working to agreed objectives and deliverables
  • Proactive and positive communicator, who is naturally organized.
  • Maintain up to date awareness of the current market, financial and regulatory requirements
  • Telephone call handling
  • Work closely with the brokers to ensure applications are progressed to outcome efficiently and accurately.

The role offers a long-term career within an unusually " vibrant and fresh" office. The package includes a quarterly bonus to bring the package well over £36,000 a year,
