Job Title: Mortgage Administrator
Location: Blackfriars
- Hourly rate: 13-14phr
- Duration: 3 months
- Start Date: ASAP Next week
- Working Pattern: Full Time Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the Protection Admin team.
- Serve existing and new clients with an exceptional level of service.
- Assist Protection Admins with their day-to-day activities.
- Chase up medicals on behalf of clients
- Follow up with GP surgeries for GP reports.
- Track the progress of Trust forms from clients.
- Keep the Protection Admin team informed about the key stages of the application process.
What we're looking for:
- Previous Administrative or PA experience
- Experience in Protection Insurance is desired.
- Work efficiently, enthusiastically, and proactively.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Be able to Communicate effectively over the phone and via email.
- Perform well under pressure with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
