Excellent remuneration scheme

  • £45,000 (OTE £65,000)
  • 4 x salary Death in Service
  • 1 x salary Critical Illness cover
  • Share of proc fee/commission
  • Fully remote, home-based working, (so the candidate doesn’t need to live within a regular commuting distance of London. You would be expected to visit the office whenever required.

The Mortgage Broker will take on responsibilities such as:

  • Identifying and establishing contact with potential clients
  • Dealing with High/Ultra Net-Worth clients
  • Gathering and analysing information needed to provide financial advice
  • Reviewing existing clients’ circumstances and take appropriate action
  • Maintaining performance standards
  • Creating and implementing a sales plan to meet and exceed agreed targets

The Mortgage Broker will possess qualities such as:

  • Certificate Mortgage, Advice and Practice (CeMAP®) or Mortgage Advice Qualification (MAQ) qualified
  • Must have ER1 (equity release qualification)
  • 2-3 years mortgage broking experience
  • Ability to identify and establish contact with potential clients
  • Ability to gather information needed to provide advice
  • Up to date mortgage, protection and generic product and taxation knowledge
  • Knowledge of product offerings from lenders and providers
  • Must be familiar with Mortgage Brain (my client does not use Trigold)
  • Knowledge of compliance practices.
