Sonic Summary

Our client, a growing Property Management and Mortgage Brokerage in Islington, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to handle mortgage leads.
This is a self-employed position offering a non-debtable retainer of £2,000 for the first six months, along with a 40% commission on all banked business.
The role is office-based, operating Monday to Friday, and involves dealing with residential, Buy to Let, Commercial, and Bridging mortgages.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and hold a full CeMAP qualification.
The expected on-target earnings (OTE) for this position is £60,000.

Our client is a successful and established growing Property Management and Mortgage Brokerage business in Islington and they are currently looking for an in house experienced Mortgage Broker to deal with the mortgage leads

This is a self employed Mortgage Broker role with a non debt-able retainer offered plus good commissions

The client deals with residential, Buy to Let, Commercial and Bridging so this role could suit an experienced Broker
