About the Private Client Mortgage Broker Role
As a Private Client Mortgage Broker, you will manage and grow a high-value portfolio, working with £1 million+ mortgages. You will provide expert advice, identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and build long-lasting relationships with a discerning client base. Leveraging your private client experience, you will navigate complex scenarios to deliver exceptional solutions.
Mortgage Broker Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients, including developers, entrepreneurs, and high-profile individuals.
- Advising on and arranging complex £1 million+ mortgages tailored to client needs.
- Cross-selling and upselling complementary financial products.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless client journey.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the highest service standards.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulations impacting the HNW mortgage market.
The Private Client Mortgage Broker Package
- Basic Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience and proven track record).
- Six-Figure OTE - Uncapped earning potential.

- Proven experience as a Private Client Mortgage Broker, ideally within private client brokerage or private banking

- Strong knowledge of complex lending solutions and high-value property finance.
