Exciting opportunity for experienced mortgage brokers or introducers looking for an independent and rewarding role.
Knowledge and Experience:The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry, working with mortgage values of £200,000+.
- Proven track record in self-sourcing or referral-driven client acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products and UK lending providers.
- Ability to work independently and handle a portfolio of clients.
- Excellent communication skills and client relationship management.
- Previous experience with high net worth clients, buy-to-let portfolios, or commercial mortgages is advantageous.
- Work independently or with existing clients, sourcing and placing mortgage applications.
- Leverage your existing network or develop new referral and lead sources.
- Provide a dedicated, personalized service to clients with bespoke mortgage solutions.
- Manage mortgage placements for values £200,000+ across various product types, including re-mortgages, buy-to-let, first-time buyers, and more.
- Use a wide range of mortgage products from all UK providers to tailor solutions for clients’ needs.
- Charge client fees at your discretion and earn commission based on your performance.
- Maintain regular communication with the team and CEO through Zoom, WhatsApp, and remote meetings.
- Work remotely from home or use the prestigious Mayfair office as desired.
