This role is best suited for an experienced mortgage advisor who is looking to further their career with a fast-growing business that is well capitalised and has exciting growth plans. Leads are provided and are generated through a number of methods, both through the company website and additionally, through client bank acquisitions. There is no requirement to have an existing client bank, just have the experience to be able to maximise the business opportunities you will be provided with.
The business is part of a much larger group and as such, has significant funds under management. Being well capitalised and with exciting growth plans is providing lots of opportunities. There is a focus by the business of attracting professional and high net worth clients including Doctors, Lawyers etc.
You will be providing bespoke mortgage advice to a range of clients and prospects that are generated through the firm’s new business efforts. Almost all of the client meetings are undertaken virtually, or via the phone. Administration support is provided, but in practice, the existing mortgage advisers will maintain the lion’s share of this. With the focus on professional high-net clients, it is likely that you will be dealing with sizeable mortgage applications, so a fundamental aspect of the role will be pipeline management.
