Mortgage Broker Position Overview
Client consultation - Meeting with clients to understand their financial situation, needs, and mortgage goals
Mortgage Application Process - Assisting clients in completing mortgage applications, and submitting applications
Market analysis - Comparing mortgage products from various lenders, to find the best option for clients
Client relationship management - Build and maintain strong client relationships
Liaison with lenders - Develop and maintain relationships with a network of lenders
Business Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Mortgage Broker Position Requirements
- 2-3 years minimum mortgage broker experience is essential
- CeMap qualification is preferred
- Excellent communication, organisation, negotiation skills are required
- Able to commute to Streatham easily
Mortgage Broker Position Remuneration
- £35k+ Salary depending on experience
- All leads are provided
- Office based role apart from client visits
- Mon-Fri
- Accessible by public transport, very close to Norbury train station
