Bennett & Game are delighted to once again be partnering with a forward thinking and modern mortgage brokerage, based towards Ilford, as they recruit for a new, employed mortgage advisor. They are offering a competitive basic salary up to £28k, 15% commission on in-house leads, and 35% of self-generated leads, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, and early Friday finishes

This brokerage already has an established and experienced team, but due to continued growth, are looking to expand this, and onboard an ambitious, and reliable broker

Mortgage Broker Job Overview
  • Client Consultation - Meeting with clients to assess their financial situation, goals and mortgage needs.
  • Provide expert advice on mortgage products, interest rates, and lending options based on client requirements
  • Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation
  • Liaise with lenders to negotiate terms, secure pre-approvals, and facilitate the mortgage approval process
  • Analyse client financial documents, including income statements, tax returns, and credit reports, to determine mortgage eligibility and affordability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the mortgage process
Mortgage Broker Job Requirements
  • CeMap qualification is preferred
  • At least 2 years experience as a mortgage broker
  • UK citizen with no requirement for visa sponsorship
  • Able to commute and work in office
  • Excellent understanding of the mortgage process, client management, negotiation, and the mortgage market
Mortgage Broker Salary & Benefits
  • Competitive basic salary dependant on experience ranging from £25-28k
  • 15% commission on in-house leads
  • 35% commission on self-generated leads
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

  • Monday-Thursday 8:50am-17:00pm and Friday 8:50am-13:00pm
