Due to expansion within their NA Team, there is an opportunity for an Account Handler /Technician to handle NA Open market Property risks. This is a home-based role with occasional working in the City 1 day per weekYour new roleWorking as an Account Handler( Technician) you will be responsible for producing documentation including Open market MRC slips and endorsements as well as some BAA slips + Endorsements. You will be responsible for preparing and typing of letters / emails and other correspondence, maintaining online filing and archiving systems, Entering Data onto the Global system as well as obtaining Bureau Signings and arranging extension to terms of trade. Other duties will include dealing with queries from Brokers and clients as well as calculating Profit Commissions & E2I's. You will be encouraged to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, supporting them with all technical issues and queries.What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience working as a Technician/ Broker Support Technician handling NA or International Non Marine or Property business who has experience in the production of MRC slips will contribute to your success. You will be technically astute, highly literate with excellent planning, time management and organisation skills alongside your drive and motivation will allow you to adapt well into a diverse and growing team
