Senior Broker Technician - North American Property
Up to £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Our Client, is a reputable, established and independent Lloyd's Broker, with a strong reputation within the London Market.
Your new company, now has a position within their North American Property & Casualty Division, where you will be working closely with Brokers to ensure the effective placement of risks.
Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for working collaboratively with Brokers, Underwriters and Client’s
- Production of client and market documentation inclusive of MRC Slips and Endorsements etc
- Liaising with other internal teams to ensure all work is carried out in line with company policies and procedures
- Assisting with the closing of premiums
- Keeping all relevant in-house systems and worksheets up to date in a timely and accurate manner
- Preparing, attending and contributing to internal meetings
About you
- 4 + years experience within a Broker Support/Back-Up position for a Lloyd’s Broker
- Experienced in creating MRC Slips and Endorsements
- Experienced in North American Property Risks (US or Canada)
- Ability to pay acute attention to detail
- Extensive technical knowledge in placement and coverage
- First class communication and interpersonal skills
- Methodical approach and team player
