The Role


This is a great opportunity for a Product Manager that has experience in discretionary investment management to support the clients Wealth Management product owner.


The Product Manager will support the Product owner and Wealth Management business stakeholders identifying and assessing opportunities to help client and product propositions develop to meet the business needs.


The Product Manager will use Wealth Management client insights and research providing analysis of competitors, as well as designing and delivering Wealth Management product propositions and Consumer Duty outcomes. Consumer Duty knowledge is essential!


The Product Manager is expected to produce business case documents on behalf of the product owner, supporting the presentation of proposals to achieve approval.


The Product Manager will implement regular document reviews, perform post-launch reviews of all Wealth Management and Investment Management products and monitor product and proposition performance keeping stakeholders informed.


The Product Manager will identify opportunities to best improve existing Wealth Management products as well as identifying pain points in clients journeys and delivering improvements on their findings.


The Product Manager is responsible for complete annual product and service reviews, assessing whether products & propositions operate in line with the requirements.


The Candidate


Product Management / Product Development Investment Management experience within background in Private Banking or Wealth Management.


IMC or IAD or PCIAM - preferred


Demonstrable track record of delivering new Investment Management or Wealth Management products.


Understanding of the regulatory environment - New Consumer Duty is essential!


Demonstrable track record of managing and co-ordinating project work


In depth understanding of Wealth Management products including discretionary management services and retail investment, pension and protection products.


Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
