Your new companyYour new company are an established Lloyd's of London Broker based in the heart of the City within brand new offices. Your new Brokers are A Rated and strive to be the world's most inspiring specialty broker who work together in dynamic teams that prioritise customers in everything they do. Their expertise span across nine specialised divisions into niche business areas focusing on non-standard risks with wide access to the London Market. Due to expansion within the Wholesale Property & Casualty division, a position for a New Business Executive has arisen.Your new roleYour new role as a Property & Casualty New Business Executive means you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Lloyds and London market insurer and agent relations. Your role of New Business Executive will be to manage an account portfolio and generate new business opportunities as well as achieve sales and profitability bymanaging new accounts.

Duties will include agreeing and monitoring sales targets, identifying potential customers and acting as the liaison between agents and placement brokers/Insurers/Underwriters. Further duties will also include negotiating contracts and closing agreements, handling the placement of allocated new business and carry out reviews to ensure quality. Overseeing and working alongside Account handlers.What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience as a Wholesale Account Executive handling Property & Casualty business will contribute to your success in securing this role as well as having market relationships with Insurers. Strong sales experience in dealing with Insurer and Agents are also needed for this role, Strong communication skills and a customer service attitude are essential. The New Business Executive must be results-driven and help achieve business goals.
