Your new companyYour new job working as a Property Account Handler will be based in Northwest London for an Independent Lloyd's Broker who have their head office based in the City. Your new Brokers employ over 300 staff around the UK. They have grown rapidly in the last 20 years to become one of the top independent brokers in the UK dealing with over16,000+ clients. Having completed numerous successful acquisitions, the company has secured further funding to continue its ambitious growth plans. They hold Chartered Insurance Broker status, awarded in recognition of their commitment to maintaining the highest standards in many areas. Due to growth within their Property Owners' division, a permanent role for a Senior Property Account Handler has arisen.Your new roleYour new role working as a Property Account Handler, will be responsible for supporting Account Executives to retain and grow client relationships, while also managing your own book of business. As a Senior Account Handler you will play a pivotal role in supporting Account Executives to retain and grow client relationships, while also managing your own book of Property business.You will deliver tailored insurance solutions with exceptional service and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, working collaboratively with the wider team, you will provide seamless client support and contribute to achieving shared objectives. You will be dealing with a large number of clients with a large income with a focus on growth in both new and existing business. Your primary focus will be a mix of existing client management and new business development, Directors will also help contribute to opportunity creation. You will also be expected to grow the book by identifying client needs and cross-selling relevant insurances.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you will have experience working as an Account Handler handling Property Owners business and can travel to Northwest London. The individual will also be someone who understands FCA regulations and the importance of acting compliantly. You will be able to think proactively and be innovative in delivering to solutions to clients as well as having exceptional organisational and time-management skills. You will also need to have strong interpersonal and communication abilities and be detail-oriented and have a client-focused mindset.
