Our client is a multi-award-winning property finance brokerage based in London, specialising in property finance for developers and investors. What we are looking for:

This exciting opportunity is perfect for Property Finance Consultants with 1-2 years of experience in Specialist Finance (Bridging, Commercial, Development Finance). We also welcome highly motivated individuals who excel in the Residential/B2L property finance sector, boasting a proven track record of generating £125k+ in annual revenue. Key Skills Required:

  • Financial Services Background: Experience in bridging, development, buy-to-let, second charges, or commercial mortgages.
  • Motivated and Well-Organised: Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines.
  • Articulate and Numerate: Strong verbal and numerical skills, confident in client interactions.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Detail-oriented and commercially aware.
  • Qualifications: CF1 or full/part CeMAP qualification beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent Written English: Proficient in proofreading and professional communication.
  • Flexible Work Approach: Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
  • Experience: 2+ years’ experience in brokering and structuring deals in specialist property finance.
  • Track Record: Proven success in structuring property finance deals such as bridging loans, development loans, BTL, commercial mortgages, etc.
