Oakleaf is delighted to be partnered with a highly regarded Professional Services firm in central London in search of a Reward & DE&I Advisor. The role will provide advisory and administrative support across Total Rewards and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

The Reward Advisor responsibilities will include:

  • Support annual salary and bonus review administration, producing models, forecast estimates, and processing.
  • Provide ad hoc salary benchmarking.
  • Lead on salary survey requests.
  • Co-ordinate the employee benefits administration including renewals.
  • Ensure the rewards portal is kept up to date.
  • Respond to reward queries.
  • Work closely with the benefits broker, process benefits invoices.
  • Co-ordinate all UK wellbeing initiatives.
  • Keep up to date with benefits and wellbeing trends, suggest ideas for improvement.
  • Support the DE&I committee with administration support and content planning for awareness days.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly DE&I reports.
  • Be responsible for diversity data in compliance with SRA regulations.
  • Assist the HRD with preparation of annual budgets.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in the professional services sector and working in a partnership model is highly desirable.
  • Strong HR data experience with the ability to collate, present, and interpret HR data.
  • Previous experience managing Reward and benefits activities.
  • Advanced excel skills.
  • Proven experience working with large, complex data sets and systems.
  • A passion for ED&I.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
