Paul Simon Residential Sales is looking for a highly motivated, confident and down to earth professional to take on a Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator role in our market leading North London Sales Office. We are looking for a well rounded Estate Agent to complement our team with leadership qualities, great customer service skills and can communicate well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to leads from our website and telephone.
  • Source and generate market appraisals.
  • Able to conduct market appraisals / valuations.
  • Always act in a professional manner complying with all legal requirements and the rules of the professional bodies of which we are members.
  • Consistently looking for new ways and ideas to improve service levels.
  • Register prospective leads & viewings on Reapit database.
  • Carry out viewings.
  • Negotiate all aspects of sales while understanding clients' needs.
  • Progressing sales once agreed to exchange of contracts.
  • Liaising with solicitors/ surveyors / Mortgage brokers.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience as an Estate Agent
  • Someone who has ambition, drive & will achieve and strive to exceed all targets
  • Experience in fast paced property sales environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Full clean driving license
  • Good organisational skills and a professional manner
  • Good command of spoken & written English
