Strong relationships with key partners allow them to exceed customer expectations consistently.The Trainee Property Finance Broker RoleThe Brokerage is looking for a team-oriented trainee Property Finance broker to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their circumstances and provide tailored advice and support to secure optimal financial solutions. You will work on a diverse range of cases, including regulated and unregulated bridging and development finance, as well as portfolio buy-to-let.Trainee Property Finance Broker key responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients
• Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility
• Analyse and compare finance products from various lenders
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Actively seek new relationships and generate new business

Trainee Property Finance Broker Key Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year’s sales experience, working towards targets
• CF1 or full/part CeMAP qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Understanding of property finance (bridging loans, development loans, BTL, commercial mortgages)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic and driven individuals
• Professional phone manner to achieve the best possible outcomes
• Positive and resilient attitude

Trainee Property Finance Broker Package:

• Base salary of £30k plus bonus (1st year OTE of £40-£50k)
