Your new role working as a US/North American Property Open Market Broker will be working for an Independent Lloyds Insurance Broker who specialise in both Australian and US risks as well as some Open market North American business. Your new company has built a desirable reputation in the marketplace and their primary area of expertise is the development and management of clients, and they are dominant across the US and Australia. Due to an expansion within their broking team, a position for a US/North American Property Open Market Broker has arisen.Your new job

Your new job working as a North American/ US Property Open Market Broker means you will be responsible for working directly with the Account Executive on the development of new and renewed Open Market business for existing clients. Broking to the Lloyds and company markets as well as maintenance of the existing facilities, including negotiating any midterm changes. Dealing with special acceptances as well as liaising with clients and underwriters regularly. Other duties will include receiving management information and analysing underwriting and claims data and then liaising with underwriters and clients. This role will potentially include any travel. (as required) to build relations with clients both on professional and personal levels.

What you will need to succeed

Your previous experience working as a US/North American Property Open Market Broker will contribute to your success in securing this role, and hopefully, be working towards your CERT CII qualification. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
