  • Responsible for overseeing the implementation, and ongoing management of the billing and payment processes.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams in Finance, Product, FinOps, and other departments to ensure efficient the smooth service operations.
  • Work to drive continuous improvement programs from initiation through delivery.
  • It includes providing daily support for managing delivery of project tasks, activities, milestones and resources, developing, maintaining, and managing project requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks and challenges.
  • Establishes program communication plan across the businesses and regions. Prepares and presents progress reports for senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 5+ years’ experience in Process/Program Management
  • Bachelors in Banking/Finance
  • Background in Banking/credit cards/invoicing/payments
  • Preferable Masters/MBA
