Account Delivery Director (Insurance Sector)Location: London / Remote Salary: £120k +20% bonus + benefits Type: PermanentCPS Group are working with a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, and technology services to find a Account Delivery Director for the UK insurance market. This role focuses on managing delivery, driving performance, and maintaining client relationships within the insurance sector.This role specifically focuses on the UK Insurance Market Unit and its portfolio of clients. Reporting to C-suite the individual will collaborate closely with other Account Delivery Executives and Account Executives to drive business development. The primary responsibilities include overseeing all delivery execution for assigned accounts, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The individual will manage and develop Engagement Managers (EMs) and Project Managers (PMs), ensuring time and expense reporting is maintained.
