Our client, a highly regarded Insurance Lloyd's broker, offer comprehensive risk management, claims advocacy, and tailored insurance solutions to clients on a global basis.

They are looking to add to their technical team and recruit an account executive who can assist in the continued servicing of the current portfolio of clients in the US, UK, Israel, Hong Kong and Australia.

the day-to-day account executive role, the applicant will work alongside the dedicated broking and claims teams.

Assisting the brokers with renewals and new business opportunities, you will;

  • Prepare formal quotes
  • Preparation of contract documentation
  • Review and improve wordings if required
  • Review regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
  • Preparation of supporting documentation such as spreadsheets to track complex placements
  • Ensure premiums and taxes are accurate
  • Work with finance to ensure premiums are received and paid
  • Load placements onto PPL
  • Assist in tailoring solutions for clients and producers
  • Manage allocated account list
  • Maintain files and systems in accordance with the client's guidelines

Candidates will ideally have experience in Professional Liability/E&O required, preferably in the lawyers/architects/engineering classes and knowledge of the wider London, US and international E&O environment along with strong verbal and written communications skills and understanding of insurance regulatory environment.

This is a hybrid working role with 3 days a week working in the office (London, City) and two days working from home.
